3. Booking & Ticket Rules

• Price Confirmation: Airfares are confirmed only once payment has been processed and e-tickets issued.
• Name Changes: Passenger name changes are strictly prohibited once a ticket is issued per airline regulations.
• Sequential Usage: Flight coupons must be flown in sequential order as issued on your e-ticket itinerary.

4. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellations made within the initial 24-hour grace window from booking may qualify for full or partial refunds depending on fare type. Beyond 24 hours, airline cancellation penalties and service fees apply. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded for cash.

5. Baggage & Extra Services

Baggage allowances, seat selections, and meal requests are governed by operating carrier policies. Additional baggage fees may be collected directly by the airline at airport check-in counters.
