Passenger Eligibility & Terms
- Fees apply equally across Adults, Seniors, Children, Infants, and Military Personnel bookings.
- Service fees are non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled within the initial 24-hour grace window.
Specific Booking Exclusions
- Business & First Class Flights: Up to $180 per passenger.
- Multi-City & Open-Jaw Routes: Up to $90 per passenger.
- Unaccompanied Minor Reservations: Up to $90 service fee.
- Agent Assistance Center Desk: $18 to $230 based on itinerary complexity.
